What you receive
When you buy the Winter Arc Study Tracker by StudyBricks, you receive three things:
A Google Sheets link that lets you make your own copy of the tracker in your Google Drive.
A short setup video, shared as a Google Drive link.
A step-by-step PDF guide, shared as a Google Drive link.
How delivery works
Pay securely at checkout through Razorpay.
Thank You page shows your links right after successful payment.
Order email with the same links is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Make a copy of the tracker while signed in to your Google account. It is now yours.
Your order is delivered only after the payment is confirmed as successful.
Delivery time
In most cases, your links appear on the Thank You page immediately and the order email arrives within a few minutes.
Sometimes payment confirmation or email delivery can take longer. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
What you need to use the product
- A free Google account (a personal account is best, as school or workplace accounts may block copying).
- An internet connection.
- Google Sheets in a web browser on a laptop, or the Google Sheets app on your phone.
The tracker is built for Google Sheets only and is not provided as an Excel file.
Didn't receive your links?
Check your Spam and Promotions folders.
Make sure you are checking the inbox of the email address you entered at checkout.
If a link does not open in an app, open it in Chrome while signed in to your Google account.
Still not received within 24 hours? Email support.studybricks@gmail.com with your order ID, the email address used at checkout and a screenshot if useful. We will verify your order and send your links.
If your payment was deducted but the order shows as failed or pending, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Keeping your access
Once you make a copy, the tracker is saved in your own Google Drive and stays with you.
You may download the PDF guide and video tutorial for your own personal use, so you always have them. We intend to keep the links working while StudyBricks continues to offer this product. If a link changes, contact us for a working replacement link.
