About the product

Winter Arc Study Tracker by StudyBricks is a digital study-planning and tracking tool designed for personal educational use. The tracker is built and maintained for Google Sheets only; it is not sold as an Excel product. A free Google account is required to create and use your own copy.

Your purchase includes a Google Sheets copy link, a PDF guide and a video tutorial. Use on a phone or laptop depends on access to Google Sheets, Google Drive and a compatible device, browser or app.

Eligibility

StudyBricks is intended for customers aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may purchase a product on behalf of a person under 18 and is responsible for making that purchase and agreeing to these terms.

Price & payment

The current price of the tracker is ₹99 as shown on the product and checkout pages. It is a one-time payment; there is no recurring subscription. The checkout will show the total payable amount before you confirm payment. We do not add a separate convenience fee to the displayed product price.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or the payment method displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, links to the tracker, PDF guide and video tutorial are provided on the Thank You page and sent to the email address entered at checkout. The tracker link creates a copy in your own Google Drive.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if the email is not visible. If you still cannot access your purchase, email support.studybricks@gmail.com with your order ID and the email address used at checkout.

You may download the PDF guide and video tutorial for your own personal use. We intend to keep their links working while StudyBricks continues to offer this product. If a link changes, contact us for a working replacement link.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and customise your own tracker copy for personal study. The original template, design, branding and materials remain the intellectual property of Susheel Kumar, trading as StudyBricks, or their respective rights holders.

You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the original files or access links, or present the product as your own. Buying the product does not transfer ownership of the original template.

Updates & support

Fixes and minor improvements to the current version will be provided at no extra charge. Major new versions and separate products may require a separate purchase.

Google Sheets copies are independent, so updates to our source template do not automatically update a copy you have already made. Where a new version requires it, we will provide instructions for making a fresh copy and transferring your data. We do not access your personal tracker copy unless you choose to share information or grant access for support.

Refunds & cancellations

Because this is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a full refund where applicable, if access is not provided and we cannot deliver working access within 3 working days of your support request; if a material product defect cannot be fixed within that period; or if you were charged more than once for the same order (in which case the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification).

Third-party services

The tracker depends on third-party services such as Google Sheets and Google Drive. Their features, availability and terms are controlled by their providers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of services outside our control, but you may contact us if a product link we provide stops working.

Educational disclaimer & liability

StudyBricks is a planning and tracking tool. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, rank, selection or academic outcome. Your results depend on your own circumstances and use of the product.

StudyBricks is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, NTA or any other exam-conducting body. Exam names are used only to describe which exams the tracker can be used for.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our product or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued to a customer under applicable law.

Complaints & contact

For order support, email us for the fastest help. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.

We aim to reply to support emails within 24 hours. Formal consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month, as required by applicable e-commerce rules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and consumer forums, as applicable under Indian law.
