Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: order number, product purchased, amount, payment status and transaction references needed to verify a purchase or resolve a payment issue.
• Support information: messages, screenshots or other details you choose to send us when asking for help.
• Website and device data: basic technical data, such as browser type and server logs, needed to run and secure the site.

Please do not send us passwords, full card details, UPI PINs or banking credentials.

How we use information

We use relevant information to process and verify orders, deliver the tracker, PDF guide and video tutorial, provide support, maintain accounting and dispute records, protect the website, prevent fraud and troubleshoot technical issues.

Order confirmations, delivery links and other purchase-related messages are needed to fulfil your order. We send promotional emails only if you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not use your phone number for marketing calls, SMS or WhatsApp promotions unless you separately agree where required.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another payment provider expressly displayed at checkout. The provider processes payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.

StudyBricks does not store your full card number, card security code, UPI PIN or banking password on its website. We may receive order-related information such as payment status and a transaction reference to confirm a purchase and handle support requests.

Your study data

The tracker is provided as a Google Sheets copy link. When you make a copy, it is saved in your own Google Drive and managed by you.

StudyBricks does not have access to your personal tracker copy and does not receive the study information you enter. The tracker does not send your study entries to StudyBricks.

If you voluntarily email a screenshot, share a file or otherwise provide information so we can help, we use it only to respond to your request. Please share only what is necessary. If you choose to grant access to a sheet for support, you can remove that access after the issue is resolved.

Google Sheets and Google Drive are third-party services governed by Google's terms and privacy practices.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies needed for the cart, checkout, security and basic site preferences.

We currently do not use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel in the future, we will show a cookie choice on the website, load those tools only according to your choice, and update this policy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help operate StudyBricks:

• website hosting and store services, including WordPress, WooCommerce and our hosting provider;
• payment providers such as Razorpay;
• email and digital-delivery services;
• Google services used to provide the tracker, guide and tutorial files.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, or investigate suspected fraud or misuse. Third-party providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention & security

We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for order support, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. We keep support correspondence for a reasonable period so we can follow up on previous issues.

Marketing-consent records are retained as needed to respect your preferences. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending promotional emails and remove you from active marketing lists; limited records may be retained to honour your opt-out or meet legal requirements.

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable measures to protect information we hold. No website, email system or online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices & rights

You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we are required to retain.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in a marketing email or by contacting support.studybricks@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop essential order or delivery messages.

Children's privacy

StudyBricks is intended for customers aged 18 and above. A parent or legal guardian may purchase a product on behalf of a minor. We do not knowingly invite minors to make independent purchases or intentionally collect their personal information for that purpose.

If you believe a minor has independently submitted personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if our product, service providers, cookie setup or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date.

Contact & complaints

For privacy requests, order issues or complaints, email us. For purchase-related requests, include your order ID and the email address used at checkout.

We aim to respond to support emails within 24 hours. Formal consumer grievances will be acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month, as required by applicable e-commerce rules.
